Whale Watching Tour
Our seasoned captains are experienced at scanning the horizon for signs of activity and, when whales are spotted, they cautiously steer towards their vicinity. However, Hawaii’s “100 yard minimum” law ensures that boats do not get too close to these endangered species, but it is not uncommon for whales to approach crafts of their own accord.

Receive a full refund when you contact us prior to your tour, at least:
Groups 1-9: 24 hours
Groups 10-11: 72 hours
Groups 12+: 7 days.
If cancelled less than 7 days: 50% of the agreed fare is refundable. If cancelled less than 72 hours: 100% charge will be assessed.
Raft Tours
Receive a full refund when you contact us prior to your tour, at least:
Groups 1-7: 24 hours
Groups 8+: 7 days. If cancelled less than 7 days: 50% of the agreed fare is refundable.
If cancelled less than 72 hours: 100% charge will be assessed.
